Return policy

  1. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can return them within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.

Return procedure

  • The return of the package is the responsibility of the customer (both handing it over to the courier and paying for the shipping).
  • Returned products must contain the original labels intact, and all documents with which they were delivered.
  • The return fee is 20 RON or 12 lei Easybox and will be deducted from the total amount returned.
  • You can send by any courier you wish (the shipping fee being paid by the buyer) or we can send our own courier and the amount of 20 RON or 12 lei Easybox according to subparagraph 3 will be deducted from the return value.
  • Also, the products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered and accompanied by all accessories, gifts, or other materials with which they were delivered.

We would like to point out that perfumery and cosmetic products sold through www.unikparfum.ro , which have been unsealed cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, according to the provisions of Art. 16, letter e of GEO 34/2014 , updated.

ARTICLE 16 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

e) sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer

  • essences or other products that come into direct contact with the skin
  • samples and/or products without a seal (provided with a roll-on system or applicator stick) for health protection or hygiene reasons
  • In order for the return of products to be accepted, they must be in the same condition in which they were shipped.
  • The consumer is responsible for any diminution in the value of the products resulting from their handling.
  • Products whose packaging shows signs of wear, broken seals, torn/peeled foil, scratches, bumps, mechanical shocks are not accepted.

Make sure the returned product is protected during transport by:

  • suitable box, air bubbles or other materials that can provide the product with the necessary protection during transport
  • Improperly packaged products that have suffered damage upon return are not accepted.

We undertake to reimburse all amounts we have received as payment from you, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which the products physically reach our possession and comply with all the above requirements.

  • The refund is made to a bank account,
  • Optionally, if you do not have a bank account, the amount can also be refunded by postal order.
  • In the event that the returned goods do not comply with the return policy, we undertake to notify the buyer in writing or by telephone regarding the irregularities found.
  • Products that do not meet the return requirements will be resent and the shipping fee will be borne by the original buyer.

Refund of the product value

  • After receiving the package, the customer will be contacted by a member of the Customer Relations department and will be informed of the refund deadline.
  • The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 working days of confirmation of receipt of the return.
  • The amount refunded will only be for the value of the products (NOT for the round-trip transportation of the products, this being a paid service that you benefited from)
  • The money will be returned to the bank account provided by the customer.
